Weekly Blood Pressure Tracker

This template is prepared for keeping track of systolic, diastolic and pulse values. The template warns the user for suspicious or dangerous values about pulse rate, hypotension, prehypertension, stage1 hypertension and stage2 hypertension. Also, an average of the week's values is displayed. PSW version of the tracker provides save feature. Hence, the tracker can be saved and edited online.
